What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges will vary based on your location and the product you are purchasing.

We will not be responsible for paying any customs charges or foreign taxes on international shipments.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, Mastercard through Stripe, and PayPal, along with any card that PayPal supports.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow up to a week for hand calibration and testing, but after this we will always endeavour to provide next day dispatch via DPD Local for Pre-12 next day delivery in the UK, or as soon as possible if you’re in another country.

For preorders, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have stock.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Absolutely, we have strong SSL encryption on our website, as you can see the padlock near the address bar. We also do not store any of your card details on our servers.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will also receive updates on your order and a tracking number once dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the moment of delivery to change your mind and cancel your order. You then have 14 further days from the moment of notifying us, to return your order. We will supply the return address.

Providing the product is in the original box, and there is no damage, or signs of wear, we will accept your return and provide you with a refund.

For faulty items, please contact us with a warranty claim and then we will provide you with a return address. Once we have received the faulty product, we will either repair or replace and send it back to you.
