Delivery charges will vary based on your location and the product you are purchasing. If you are in the UK, postage will be free on orders above £100.
We will not be responsible for paying any customs charges or foreign taxes on international shipments.

If your order is in stock, we will always endeavor to provide next day dispatch, then your order will be handed to DPD for Pre-12 next day delivery in the UK, or as soon as possible if you’re in another country.
For preorders, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have stock.
Absolutely, we have strong SSL encryption on our website, as you can see the padlock near the address bar. We also do not store any of your card details on our servers.
Yes, you will also receive updates on your order and a tracking number once dispatched.
You have 14 days from the moment of delivery to change your mind and cancel your order. You then have 14 further days from the moment of notifying us, to return your order. We will supply the return address.
Providing the product is in the original box, and there is no damage, or signs of wear, we will accept your return and provide you with a refund.
For faulty items, please contact us with a warranty claim and then we will provide you with a return address. Once we have received the faulty product, we will either repair or replace and send it back to you.
